When you use our enquiry or Project Advisor forms, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, service interest and the project information you include in your message. We collect only the information you choose to provide.

How information is used and stored
Information is used by authorised Prism And Ply personnel and service providers only where necessary to process and respond to your enquiry. We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may use trusted providers that support website hosting, email delivery or project communications, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards, or disclose information where required by law.

Data retention
